Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 1996, specializing in International Economic Relations.

Studied at the High School of Economics in Prague in 1993-1994, specializing in International Trade

Attended language courses at King Charles IV University in 1993 to learn Czech.

Pursued studies at Caucasus Business School in 2002.

Worked as Assistant to General Director of the United Fund of Employment in Georgia in 1996-1997.

Worked as Assistant to Commercial Director and later as Division Chief of Contracting at Georgian Airlines in 1997-2002.

Worked as Senior Manager of Commerce and Operations Department at Georgian Air in 2002-2003.

Served as Deputy Head of Logistics Department and later as Head of Logistics Department of Burji LLC in 2003-2005.

Was Assistant to the President of Cartu Group JSC on International Relations in 2005.

Served as a Project Manager of Bagebi City Group JSC in 2006.

Served as a Director of Park Town JSC in 2007-2008.

Served as a Director of Cartu Management LLC in 2009-2012.

Served as Head of Government Chancellery of Georgia from 1st November 2012 through 2nd December 2014.

Served as a Head of Government Administration of Georgia from 2nd December 2014 through 30th March 2018.

Has been Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia since 30th March 2018; has been mandated to serve as Deputy Prime Minister of Georgia since 16th July 2018.

Is a Member of Political Council of the Georgian Dream (Political Party).

Is fluent in English and Russian.

Is married and has a daughter.
